Village Council meetings are held every 1st and 3rd Monday at 7pm at the Coe Township Hall located at 309 W Wright Avenue, unless otherwise posted.

Planning Commission  meets the 1st Wednesday of each month at 7:00 pm at the Shepherd Village Office unless otherwise posted.

Zoning Board of Appeals meets by request and is CURRENTLY SEEKING an individual to sit on the board.  Please contact Clerk Gina Gross at the Shepherd Village office at 989-828-5278.  You must be a village resident.
